Ordering Information
 
Orders may be placed by post, telephone or email. Payment may be made by cash, cheque or Visa/Mastercard (for which a £2.00 service charge will apply). Payment is preferably made with your order, but we will invoice you if you wish.

Cash payments should be in UK funds only. You are advised not to send cash through the post.

Cheques must be in UK funds and on a UK bank. All cheques, postal orders, etc must be payable to JR Calvert.

For Visa or Mastercard payments, we require your name, address, card number and card expiry date. We will make a small surcharge for credit card payments. You are advised not to send this information by email, but if you choose to, you should divide the information between at least three emails sent at different times.

Postage and Packing will be charged extra, at the following rates (minimum £0.50):                
   

We can offer a bulk discount of 25% for 10 or more of the same title. Please contact us for details of discounts on mixed titles, or for regular customers. We do not offer a general trade discount, and we do not recommend a retail price to trade customers.

A discount of 25% is available on Steamboating Guide for single orders from members of the Steam Boat Association.
